Established in 2019, Cycovelo was born out of a simple yet powerful vision: to make electric mobility easier, safer, and more reliable for every rider and every global business partner.
In the booming era of e-bike and e-scooter travel, we noticed a common industry pain point: high-quality, compatible, and readily available replacement parts were always hard to source. Many riders and distributors struggle with incompatible accessories, slow delivery, and unstable after-sales support. To solve these real problems, Cycovelo stepped in, focusing purely on the R&D, manufacturing and supply of professional electric mobility spare parts.
From day one, we have adhered to user-oriented innovation and strict quality control. Backed by our 1000㎡ production factory and professional R&D team, we keep developing practical, durable and upgrade-friendly accessories that fit real market demands. We cover spare parts for over 100 mainstream e-scooter models, including Xiaomi, Ninebot, Kugoo, Kukirin, Zero, Vsett and Kaabo, as well as full-range components for popular e-bike brands such as OUXI, ENGWE and QM WHEEL.
We understand that for global distributors and retailers, fast delivery and stable supply are as important as product quality. In 2023, we expanded our global service layout and launched our 600㎡ local warehouse in Germany, enabling fast EU local delivery, shorter lead times, and lower logistics costs for our European partners. No more long waiting for overseas shipments, no more complicated cross-border logistics procedures.
